1、高低壓配電柜
1. High and low voltage distribution cabinet
（1）定期檢查各柜內(nèi)是否有蟲(chóng)鼠活動(dòng)的痕跡，定期進(jìn)行誘殺。
(1) Regularly check whether there are traces of insect and mouse activities in each cabinet, and trap and kill them regularly.
（2）檢查各警告牌、檢修牌擺放位置是否正確。
(2) Check whether the warning boards and maintenance boards are placed correctly.
（3）檢查應(yīng)急工具、燈具是否齊全、正常，搖把及熔斷器手柄是否齊全。
(3) Check whether the emergency tools and lamps are complete and normal, and whether the rocker and fuse handle are complete.
（4）檢查電纜接頭有無(wú)發(fā)熱變色（一般都為銀色），接地線有無(wú)銹蝕（焊接點(diǎn)是否正常）。
(4) Check whether the cable joint is heated and discolored (generally silver) and whether the grounding wire is rusted (whether the welding point is normal).
（5）檢查電容柜內(nèi)的電容器外殼是否良好，有無(wú)滲漏、膨脹情況，指示燈是否良好。
(5) Check whether the capacitor shell in the capacitor cabinet is in good condition, whether there is leakage and expansion, and whether the indicator light is in good condition.
（6）檢查各電容器外殼接地線接觸情況。
(6) Check the grounding wire contact of each capacitor shell.
（7）做好各柜休的保潔除塵工作。

（8）檢查各柜體的風(fēng)扇工作情況。

2、一級(jí)維護(hù)
2. Primary maintenance
（1）檢查母線及其下引線是否牢固。
(1) Check whether the bus and its lower lead are firm.
（2）檢查二次回路接線是否牢固，熔斷器是否完好以及絕緣電阻的搖測(cè)。
(2) Check whether the secondary circuit wiring is firm, whether the fuse is intact and the shake measurement of insulation resistance.
（3）電容柜的檢查：斷開(kāi)空氣開(kāi)關(guān)不帶電容時(shí)對(duì)電容器控制器進(jìn)行動(dòng)作試驗(yàn)，應(yīng)先合的先斷，后合的后斷，對(duì)過(guò)壓保護(hù)，欠流保護(hù)、投切門(mén)限值進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
(3) Inspection of capacitor cabinet: when the air switch is disconnected and there is no capacitor, conduct action test on the capacitor controller, which should be closed first and then closed and then disconnected, and adjust the threshold values of overvoltage protection, under current protection and switching.
（4）各指示燈應(yīng)完好，對(duì)斷路器漏電開(kāi)關(guān)，熱繼電器，是間及是繼電器，多功能表等進(jìn)行檢查調(diào)整。
(4) Each indicator light shall be intact, and the circuit breaker, leakage switch, thermal relay, relay and multi-function meter shall be checked and adjusted.
（5）檢查批示燈是否正常，控制器開(kāi)關(guān)位置是否正常，運(yùn)行應(yīng)正常，手動(dòng)調(diào)試機(jī)械連鎖部分合閘是否可靠。
(5) Check whether the indicator light is normal, the switch position of the controller is normal, the operation should be normal, and manually debug whether the closing of the mechanical interlocking part is reliable.
（6）檢查各軟起動(dòng)器、變頻器的緊固件是否可無(wú)松動(dòng)。
(6) Check whether the fasteners of each soft starter and frequency converter are loose.
3、二級(jí)維護(hù)
3. Secondary maintenance
（1）檢查抽屜式開(kāi)關(guān)推入或抽出是否靈活，其機(jī)械閉鎖可靠，接觸器觸頭是否良好。
(1) Check whether the drawer switch is pushed in or pulled out flexibly, its mechanical locking is reliable, and whether the contactor contact is in good condition.
（2）檢查斷路器內(nèi)各刀口彈力是否正常，滅弧裝置是否完好。
(2) Check whether the knife edge elasticity in the circuit breaker is normal and whether the arc extinguishing device is intact.
（3）檢查各電纜頭接線螺母是否緊固。
(3) Check whether the wiring nuts of each cable head are fastened.
（4）將受電柜和聯(lián)絡(luò)柜的主開(kāi)關(guān)斷開(kāi)后，用專(zhuān)用搖把搖出或搖出應(yīng)靈活，各互感器等二次接線頭接觸良好緊固無(wú)松動(dòng)，一、二次線路無(wú)霉變。
(4) After disconnecting the main switch of the power receiving cabinet and the contact cabinet, shake it out or shake it out flexibly with a special crank. The secondary connectors such as each transformer are in good contact without looseness, and the primary and secondary lines are free of mildew.
4、進(jìn)線開(kāi)關(guān)的日常保養(yǎng)
4. Daily maintenance of incoming switch
（1）檢查設(shè)備的清潔程度，使用清潔的干布擦掉任何灰塵和油跡，可能的情況下可使用非腐蝕性洗滌劑。
(1) Check the cleanliness of the equipment, wipe off any dust and oil stains with a clean dry cloth, and use non corrosive detergent if possible.
（2）檢查設(shè)備銘牌是否完好。使用清潔干布半角這些銘牌清潔干凈。
(2) Check whether the equipment nameplate is intact. Use a clean dry cloth to clean these nameplates.
（3）擦掉灰塵、霉菌和氧化物，同時(shí)也要清潔抽出式斷路器的固定部分內(nèi)部。確保斷路器室內(nèi)無(wú)異物。
(3) Wipe off dust, mold and oxides, and clean the inside of the fixed part of the withdrawable circuit breaker. Ensure that there is no foreign matter in the circuit breaker room.
（4）用清潔干的布斷路器邊線及母線上的灰塵或污垢。
(4) Clean the dust or dirt on the circuit breaker sideline and bus with a clean and dry cloth.
（5）確認(rèn)用于端子連接的螺栓都正確地緊固，確認(rèn)端子上沒(méi)有局部過(guò)熱的跡象。通過(guò)觀察接觸部分的顏色是否改變可以識(shí)別出是否發(fā)熱，接觸部分通常都是銀白色。
(5) Confirm that the bolts used for terminal connection are tightened correctly, and confirm that there is no sign of local overheating on the terminal. Whether the contact part is hot can be identified by observing whether the color of the contact part changes. The contact part is usually silver white.
（6）檢查滑動(dòng)觸點(diǎn)或端子排上的線纜是否牢固。
(6) Check whether the cable on the sliding contact or terminal block is secure.
