1、焊接

是對(duì)焊件的連接的工藝方法，可分為：手工電弧焊、氣體保護(hù)電弧焊、激光焊、段焊和接觸焊，我司主要采用氣體保護(hù)電弧焊。

It is a process method for permanent connection of weldments, which can be divided into manual arc welding, gas shielded arc welding, laser welding, segment welding and contact welding. Our company mainly adopts gas shielded arc welding.

在進(jìn)體保護(hù)電弧焊時(shí)，電極電弧區(qū)及焊接熔池處在保護(hù)氣體的保護(hù)下，采用氬氣保護(hù)焊縫表面梅雨氧化物及夾雜物?？梢栽谌魏慰臻g位置施焊，可以用肉眼觀察焊接的成形過(guò)程并進(jìn)行調(diào)整生產(chǎn)效率高。

接觸焊時(shí)瞬時(shí)加熱連接部位子熔化狀態(tài)或非熔化狀態(tài)下對(duì)被焊件加壓形成焊接接頭的焊接方法，它可分為對(duì)焊、點(diǎn)焊和縫焊。

In contact welding, the welding method of pressing the welded part to form a welded joint under the melting state or non melting state of the connecting part, which can be divided into butt welding, spot welding and seam welding.

螺紋聯(lián)接局域安裝容易、拆卸方便、操作簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，常用于可拆的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)連接，它可分為螺釘聯(lián)接合螺栓聯(lián)接。

鉚接是用鉚釘將金屬結(jié)構(gòu)的零件或組合件連接子,一起1的方法，鉚釘種類較多，我們常用的鉚釘有封閉形圓頭抽芯鉚釘、封閉形沉頭抽芯鉚釘及開(kāi)口型圓頭抽芯鉚釘、開(kāi)口型沉頭抽芯鉚釘。

Riveting is a method of connecting parts or assemblies of metal structure with rivets. There are many kinds of rivets. Our commonly used rivets include closed round head blind rivets, closed countersunk head blind rivets, open round head blind rivets and open countersunk head blind rivets.
